My name is Symone Speeding. I wear many hats, my favourite of which is mum to thriving, energetic children. I am also a therapeutic youth worker, nutrition and health coach. I studied a Bachelor of Medicine but it never felt quite right, so I graduated with a Bachelor of Health instead. I strongly believe in a preventative approach to health rather than applying band aids on wounds we or those before us create. And I believe the best way to do this is tuning into our circadian rhythm, eating as simple and natural as possible (without restriction; but that’s a topic for another book!), moving our bodies enough every day and resting it with quality sleep, getting to know ourselves, connecting with others and finding a purpose. It will not fix everything, but I believe it could make a considerable difference. Step-by-step and day-by-day.
